Stepping Stone School has been the choice for thousands of families in Tyler, TX since 1968 for fun, stimulating, and innovative childcare. We are a preschool with before and after school care for K through 6th grade (12 year olds).

Extracurriculars
At Stepping Stone we believe learning goes beyond the classroom. Our extracurriculars give students opportunities to explore new interests, build confidence, make friends, and have fun.
Music
Music and movement is enjoyed by all of our age groups, starting with our youngest learners- our infants. Every child gets the opportunity to explore music, movement, and rhythm in ways that are fun and age-appropriate.
Meal Plans
Stepping Stone School offers affordable and well-balanced meal plans designed from the meal program at Tyler Junior College (Aramark). We also provide morning and afternoon snacks.
Library
Reading is an important part of child growth and we make you’re your children are equipped with over 30,000 books in our vast library collection that suits a variety of reading levels.
Montessori Math
All students 3 years and older attend Montessori Math classes taught by certified Montessorian.
